A lot has happened since my last entry. I wish I could write all of them but I’m not in the mood. See, this is one of my problems, I’m always looking forward to blog about my thoughts and experiences but I constantly  find myself hesitant to type even a single word every time I face the computer screen. Well, I guess throughout the planning (thinking) process everything that I’d like to share has been filtered, scrapped, censored, etc. Not your typical blogger, huh? It’s an intra-personal dilemma but I’m cool. Hoping to overcome this thingy someday =)

I’d like to talk about this week’s American Idol results but my inner being is telling me to just let it slip away. hahaha. I’ll leave the AI blogging to Urban Guru ( visit: dontwishimyourguru.blogspot.com ). Will just post some elucidating annotations there. Ciao!

Exactly a decade ago, Will Smith’s “Gettin’ Jiggy with It” peaked at the Billboard Charts for three consecutive weeks. This booty-shakin’ single was a hit in 1998 from his album Big Willie Style. It also made Will a certified Grammy winner in 1999 for Best Rap Solo Performance.

Prior to Big Willie Style’s success, Smith became a major movie star in the 90s through his acclaimed appearances in Independence Day and Men in Black.

Summer Breeze

During finals week in school, I was already thinking of my “to do list” for the next two-months that I will be away from my textbooks, highlighters, and other reading materials. As a result, I wasn’t able to answer several questions from the not-so-friendly exams given by my Profs. Now even if school year’s officially over, I can’t really say that I’m totally getting away with everything related to school stuff. I still have to wait for my grades. Yes, my grades will be the determining factor if I could still stay in USC next semester.

So while waiting for that nerve-breaking moment to arrive, I intend to make the most out of the longest summer vacation I will ever have since high school. For starters, I’m having a new blog and I’m convincing myself to write. I started blogging last year but I didn’t have enough time to update. Plus, most of the entries written in my other blog are only for my own personal consumption. Trust me; it’s a little bit gloomy and boring there especially if you don’t know me at all. I’m trying to write something different here, aside from my personal experiences.

As much as I would love to post what I will be up to this summer, I think I’ll just keep my plans in mind. You’ll figure it out later. Just keep in touch for more updates. =)
